Signature is not working

I have the free program for now. We are looking at purchasing the gold plan in the next day or two while it is half price. However, I cannot get the signature field to work.

I added the signature widget and I don't have the ability to sign. What's up?

I checked the two forms with signature fields, but I was unable to replicate the issue. It works as expected on my end, please see my screencast below.

Please try with another browser as well. That may work. Or, try clearing your browser cache and cookies first before filling out the form.
