Benefits of Jotform free and paid plan

     Hi,  I am currently availing of your free use of the Jotform app.  Very thankful and this was very helpful in our Cooperative group. We used the app to reachout to our people safely and be able to continue to function even WFH. Everything went fast during the lockdown that I wasn't able to learn more of your offer.  We would like to know the about the benefits and advantages between the free subscription vs. the paid subscription.  Would highly appreciate your response.

    Happy to help you today.

    Our free and paid subscriptions give you access to all the features that Jotform has to offer. The only difference is in the usage limits. For example, in a Free plan you can create 5 forms and receive 100 submissions in total per month. You can have a maximum of 500 submissions on the Free Plan. In the Bronze plan, you can create 25 forms and receive 1000 submissions per month.

    Thanks for the prompt response.


    Will there be any separate payment for the number of viewers, visitors or users that are going to visit the form I made for online? We would like to maintain sort of online database information for each of them that they can refer to, e.g. basic information, status of their payment or contribution…

    There won't be any separate payments besides what you see on the pricing page. For example, if you are on Bronze Plan you'll get 10,000 form views per month. When you reach this limit only then you'll be prompted to via emails and alerts in your account to upgrade to a higher plan.

    All your form submissions are stored on Jotform secure servers and you can access the data any time from your account. Plus you can also set up notification emails and autoresponder emails. So you and your form users can both get the form submission details on your emails as well.
