I can’t log in to my account

    I tried resetting my password but I am not receiving an email to reset it. And now my account is suspended. I need to go to my account please help me.

    Hi Kimia Farsa,

    Your account is currently suspended. This form (https://www.jotform.com/form/202308585201043) triggered the suspension.

    Collecting credit card details using regular text fields is not allowed here in JotForm. Please check our terms of use.
    In order to activate your account, we need to delete the offensive field with your approval.
