I keep getting a message when I'm in JotForm asking me to Upload Your Private Key. I am unfortunately not able to access any of the submitted forms from volunteers.

Upon checking, I can see that you have encryption enabled in your form.

Please note that encryption is disabled by default, if you enabled this accidentally and can't remember where the private key is, I'm sorry to tell, but the submission won't be decrypted without the private key.
