All of the links are showing, but when I click the link I get the message " File Not Found". Where did they go?
I went to file picker.io, and also noting there except the links.

I can view all the Photos from your form without any problems. Can you please let us know the links please so we can further check?
Also please try to clear your forms cache by following this guide: How to Clear your Form Cache. See if this help you resolve the issue.

The links in question are from our photo upload form. The name that uploaded the files is Jon Grefsheim. All others work, just not Jon's. Only difference is that he uploaded from facebook. The photos were working the day he loaded them, but I just cleared the form cache, and still says file not found.

Do you use a custom Amazon S3 bucket for your Filepicker uploads? If yes, please check if the Jon's files are there on your bucket.

I do. I went there just now and there are no photos from the 28th up there. The service is a bit odd as well as it appears that you can not download all the files at once. Do I have to download each photo one at a time? Anyway, where did the photos go? There are links. where do the links go?

Can you view all of Jon's photos? aren't the photos stored on your servers as well?

Apologize for the issue. I've tested the InkFilePicker from Facebook Photos, and it's fine to my end. But let me forward this thread to our developers so they can further investigate the problem. I ain't sure why this happening to the uploaded files. All other files are working fine.
-You may want to participate to our latest news/upcoming updates: http://www.jotform.com/blog/87-What-s-Cooking-in-the-JotForm-Kitchen. We have included a function to download all your uploaded files at once there. But yes, for now, you have to download the images one by one.

Hi there, sorry for the troubled cause. I'm responsible for this to track down why its not working.
To makes things easy, if its possible can you provide us screenshot? or the link of the file that causing the "file not found" error?
Unfortunately, InkFilePicker don't display that much error. But if you saw "File not Found" it is really not existed on the filepicker server anymore.
If you connected it to a s3 bucket, you can check it from "JotForm/formID" path, where formID is the ID of your form.
I'll wait for your reply.

UPDATE: I checked your form, your form submission. It seems that "Jon Grefsheim" uploadeds files are "File not Found". I can surely tell that it is not on the Filepicker server anymore.
Could you tell me if that, after they uploaded the file on the form, did they remove it?
Look on the image on what I mean.
If so, then thats the cause why most of the files were "File not Found".
And we do found a bug that whenever you remove the just uploaded image, link will still be intact on jotform server. Sorry about that. We wil fix it as soon as possible. Thank you for bringing this to our attention.
