I want to secure the summer discount for my business

Good morning - I would like to secure the summer discount for my business, however, my business (fitness facility) is still closed in NJ. I want to ensure I get a full year of access and do not want to start my plan until my business is up and running. Is there a way to extend the discount until we are opened?
