Auto Fill forms for clients

Hello,

I tried the method suggested on a different thread for auto-populating some fields for clients.  The spreadsheet to form widget works well and there is no issue there but I would like to auto-populate the form for the client and then send them a unique URL that they can continue completing without having to input the auto-populate info. The unique field on my form is "UniqueID" and the one I am testing is ID = 5210.  It auto-populates fine but the unique URL I am trying to use doesn't seem to work;

Since that in our https://prepopulate.jotform.io/ app there is no provision to add prepopulation of Widgets fields. (Have alook at the app as it is easier to use you may do prepopulatio from it too)

We would like to suggest you to add a new short text element which is used in prepopulation. Also a new condition to check the short element value and fire the spreadsheet widget to perform further action.
