Cannot connect to active campaign

    can not connect to active campaign....  

    been trying to over a week

    and yes - i had a whole other threat on this that no longer comes up???

    second issue - when i go to take the survey on my cell phone from the web
    page  -

    i end up getting a spam type message - very scarey - no one can fill it out from a cell phone

    Based on your video, you were working on this form,


    Currently, the form is empty, hence the reason you cannot map any fields.

    However, halfway thru the video, I saw that you were on the Integrations list page which I assume you clicked on the Add to Form button. Please note that clicking this button creates an entirely new form, which explains why there were no fields on the form linked above.


    To integrate ActiveCampaign, kindly go to the actual form, then follow the guide below:


    If I'm not mistaken, you were planning to integrate ActiveCampaign on the LCA Survey Form, if this is correct, as per checking, it is already integrated with ActiveCampaign though only one field is mapped. Please follow the guide above to complete the setup.


    Meanwhile, for any prompt, you can choose to not see it again by clicking on the Never show this again checkbox:


    For now, I have disabled the campaign for both yours and the LoveCoachAcademy account so you shouldn't be seeing that prompt again.
