Hi, I have added a jotform with the paypal payment tool to my page.
When it is filled out I receive an email from paypal letting me know funds have arrived but i do not receive the information from your form.
Am i doing something wrong? if so could you let me know so i can rectify it.

Have you tried sending out a test email form the editor? Try tesing out the notification email this way.
Also try making the sender email address: firstname.lastname@example.org, also if you leave the Sender Name: as "Please Select" the form may be categorize as SPAM by some emailing systems.

Thank you for your reply, I have tried everything you have mentioned in your reply, when doing a test it comes through but when filling out the form on the site it doesnt.

We are truly sorry for the inconveniences that may have caused.
I have checked the settings of your notification and found that they are not quite correct. Look HERE how they need to be.
If the issue still persists, you may whitelist our domain names:
(We use Amazon SES method for "email@example.com" sender.)
