Have tried a couple of times to apply the auto Thank you and save it. It still does not appear when someone submits it from our website. It use to give one then applicants started calling and telling us they are not sure if it submitted properly because they receive a blank page after submitting.

I run a submission test on your account and was able to see the "Thank you page".
Also, when creating a form, kindly check the Thank you configuration if you have enabled it. It doesn't matter if it is in default or a custom thank you page. It should work.
Kindly clear your browser cache and cookies and check back again,
If problem persists kindly let us know so that we could further investigate.
But as I have tested, you don't have problems on your Form.
