    PROBLEMS with Google Spreadsheet integration - Not updating data

    I am interested in purchasing the premium account with your service. HOWEVER

    I have created a form in order to test how it integrated with google drive and google spreadsheet, which my organization works on.

     

    The google drive works well. The google SPREADSHEET is giving me a lot of trouble.

    When I integrate it, it opens up a spreadsheet, however every applicant which fills the form does not show up in the spreadsheet.

    PLEASE give me a solution, otherwise I will unfortunately not be able to go on with Jotform - besides this issue, I am very pleased with your service.

    Hi,

    Is this current form URL? http://www.jotform.us/form/32156483859162 ? I've check the form and clone it and modified the content per previous issues with characters and symbols but it seems that I am still able to replicate the issue.

    I am now forwarding this problem to our technical team for further investigation. We will inform you here once this is fixed.

    Yes - this is it.
    Since I made cosmetic changes to the google spreadsheet - it is no longer updating itself. Even if I un-integrate, and then open a NEW integration, it will not update itself with new submissions.

    Hi,
    I have reintegrated, made changes to the spreadsheet, and still it stopped updating the spreadsheet after the second submission.

    I have used this form to test the google integration and I was able to reproduce the issue.

    I cloned your form to this form http://form.jotformpro.com/form/32248108376960?  and everytime I test submit the form, it would not update the integrated google spreadsheet

    I am suspecting that there might be also just a delay in updating the integratated spreadsheet.

    Update:

    Hi, unfortunatelly, after the wait, the submission still did not update the integrated google spreadsheet.

    The previously resolved issue must have occur again.

    I will elevate this to our next level support so that it can be investigated again.

    It seems that the issue was suddenly fixed as of this time.

    I test submitted again my cloned test form http://form.jotformpro.com/form/32248108376960 

    and it immediately updates the google spreadsheet

    Hello,
    I just cleaned out my submissions and began a new integrated spreadsheet in order to run a test.
    I integrated a spreadsheet and submitted a form. Everything updated fine.
    Then I made cosmetic changes to the spreadsheet: Title line in bold letters, added a few cells, etc
    After making the changes, I submitted another form and it once again stopped updating. This has been the issue since the beginning. I would be more than happy to open a paid account with Jotform, however I need this integration technology to work. At this time, it is NOT working properly at all

    Upon your concern I cloned your form and made some tests, however I didn't have any problems getting the data submission in the spreadsheet:

    Please send a submission and you will see that it's working fine.

    So, if you are still having this issue, please try cloning your own form and make the integration without changing anything in the spreadsheet, make a submission test,after that,  make the changes you need to do to the spreadsheet and if after that the it stop working that's the cause of the issue and you'll need to avoid doing those changes otherwise the integration will break.

    Please follow my suggestion and inform us if the issue persists or stops.

    Hi Eliezer,

     

    For some reason, the integrated spreadsheet that I am using has stopped updating itself. This is becoming very unproductive for the operations of our organisation. We are using the paid version of the jot form service and we need this problem to somehow be resolved.

    I am having the same issue with Google Spreadsheet integration.

    When I create new form, usualy by cloning the last one, integration with google spreadsheet will work at expected for a few submission and then stop updating the spreadsheet. If I remove the integration on the form and then add it back, it will typically work again for a while, but eventually it will always stop updating the spreadsheet with submissions. It never works for more than 15 submission.

    I have seen this behavior with six different forms in a row now. It would be great to have a fix.

    PS: Editing a spreadsheet column name after integration would still fail, but i will look into that

    Hi, I am also having problems with getting submissions from my form into Google Spreadsheets, The integration seemed easy enough and I authenticated my account however submissions are not going into my spreadsheet. Have i missed a step?
