in the FAQ section it says free unless volume of use is high. no definition given for this or pricing. Does your website provide this info? Just curious at what volume pricing kicks in and what that is.

    Thanks,

    Hi,

I couldn't find anything that says that bit in the FAQ section. Can you give me the link to the page where that information is stated?

To the best of my knowledge, a free account remains absolutely free but there are limits. These are the following:

    100 Regular submissions
    10 Secure submissions
    10 Payments

Your forms will be disabled once you reach any of those limits, whichever comes first. You were probably talking about the volume of submissions. If you think your form is to receive a higher number of submissions that what was allowed for free accounts, you may need to subscribe to our Premium and Professional service.

For information about our Pricing Plans, please go to this page.

Let me know if this post was of any help to you. Feel free to contact us again if you have other inquiries. Thank you.
