I was on the $9.99 per month plan for the past few months but no longer need the paid account due to deleting one of the forms in my account that had been getting a large amount of activity. (I had the person to whom the form was submitting results get his own JotForm account.)
I Downgraded my account a little while ago and now it shows my account as Cancelled. I do not want to Cancel my account I want to Downgrade to the Free account that I had previously been using. Please verify for me that my account has not been Cancelled but that it has been Downgraded.

Your account is already scheduled for downgrade on August 8, 2013. The Cancel notice you see in your acouunt means that your premium subscription has been cancelled and does not mean your account has been cancelled and can no longer be used. Once your account has been downgraded, the status of your account would become FREE.
