    Hi there,

I just purchased a new macbook pro last week.  I have an existing jotform that I've had for about a month, where the user fills out the form and its emailed to me.  Here is my form:  http://covertocoverdesigns.com/design-form2.html

When I receive the email when the user submits, when I double click on the email in Outlook to open it, it crashes Outlook, so I can't read it.  I have to go to the jotform site to view the submissions.

Everything on my new laptop is brand new.

    Any ideas?

    Thank you!

    Hi,

Good day! We recently have this issue with Outlook on Mac,and it appears that the Sender Email (noreply@jotform.com) is causing the issue to happen. Please try to setup an SMTP Account or Verify an Email Address as a Sender Email. Or, try noreply@formresponse.com from the dropdown options. So, it's either your settings are like this:

    noreply@formresponse.com:

    or, SMTP Account using Mandrill:

    Please refer to this guide:

Please update us for the result after doing this solutions.

    Thanks

Try unhiding your reading pane in your mail...
