Our form is not including attachments, they are required and the form seems to be stripping them.

    Hello,

I have created a clone of your form and I am able to receive the submission data with the attached image.

(This image is the email notification I have received). You need to click that link to be able to view the attached image.

Here's the Submission data on my account from this clone.

I have cleared your form caches and kindly clear your browser cache and cookies aswell.

And check back again if problem persists kindly let us know so that we could further investigate.

    Happy to help! :)

We are still having issues. It attaches the first submission, but leaves off all others. It's a consistent problem on two of our forms
I do have another form that seems to be unaffected.
    ??? Any other ideas?
    Thank you,
    Liz

I have tried to submit your form, but I have received an FTP error. Can you please make sure that your form FTP integration is configured properly and you have all necessary permissions for related FTP account?

    Thank you for cooperation.

I just disabled it, it hasn't been working for us and we haven't had time to investigate.
Could this be our issue? I hope!
    Thank you,
    Liz

I look into your web page and it looks like you are using a  Script Embed code. This could be conflicting with the other script in your web page causing the required field validation for the upload field not to work. I made two submission test and the one submission I made was able to be submitted without uploading a file.

Please try embedding the form using iFrame codes instead.

To get your form's iframe codes:

    1.  Go to Setup & Embed tab
    2.  Click Embed Form
    3.  Click iFrame

If the problem still persist, please let me know and we can look at the next possible solutions.
