    Hi,

    I'm not a pro on this kind of stuff but I think you can modify the form by using Inject Custom CSS Codes feature or you can simply add HTML codes.

    Regards,

    We do not have direct solution to that since custom amount payment field can't be with product fields. They are completely different. A workaround I could think is to add another product field with custom quantity. The quantity would served as the custom payment.

    Example: http://form.jotformpro.com/form/32181171906955?

    I've added few CSS codes to position the box in line with the product label.

    #input_3_quantity_1005_0{

    float: left;

    width: 66px;

    margin-right: 4px;

    }

    .form-product-item .form-sub-label-container {

    position: absolute;

    top: 4px;

    left: 138px;

    }

    #input_3_quantity_1005_0{

    width: 58px !important;

    }

    .form-product-item{

    width: 243px !important;

    }

    label[for="input_3_quantity_1005_0"]{

    margin-top: 3px;

    }

    Hope this fits your needs. Thanks!
