Cancel subscription

    Hello,

     Last month I though I had cancelled my account. I have just been charged for another month.

      I went online and cancelled it again today. Like last time, I did not get a confirmation from Jotform. Am I not going about cancelling my account the proper way ? I would like to cancel.
