How to Add Submit Button?

Please help. When I go to edit my form it has a submit option, however, when we go to fill out the form, (Students/Advisors) there is no Submit option. We need this fixed ASAP.  Thank you in advance!!

The Submit button can be added from the Form Elements section:

1) Open the Form Elements section from the form build section:

2) Click on the Submit item, or drag and drop it to the form.

Hi, and thank you. However, when we are filling out the form the option to submit the form disappears. Please use the link I am providing, mock filling it out and see if it gives you the submit option. I have the submit option on there and when I am in the editing mode submit is at the bottom of the form. It's when we try to ACTUALLY fill out the form the submit option is no longer available.
