Not receiving submissions

    Hi, for some reason I am missing form submissions- one was completed on the 5th of August and I never received it by Email?  I just logged in though and found it?  


    Is there a reason why they are not going to my Email?

    I'm not a pro but I would love to help you out.

    Have you add this to your whitelist:

    Also this domain add this to your contact.

    Have you set your email address in the email alerts?

    Here is how you do it.


    1) Click Setup & Embed


    2)Click Email Alerts and then Add New Email

    3)Select Notification Email then click next

    4) Now setup enter your email on the field. Set the sender email to

    Hi Emma,

    As it has been explained above Athans please whitelist IPs and go through this article, please check in your spam since I can see that the submission on 5th was emailed to you.

    Hi, I've checked my spam and that email on the 5th was not in there ...... very strange as on the 31st July it was working!
    I've just done a couple of tests and it seems to be working again as normal!

    That's strange. Base on your mail log, it shows that the entry/submission made on 5th of August was successfully submitted.
