Thank you for your message.
I've checked your form https://www.jotform.com/form/202374586627160, and saw that the integration was incomplete. The "Business Location" was left out.
I've cloned your form and ran tests. Using the Square integration, I was able to send the form without a problem.
Once you've set the "Business Location" on your payment settings, the integration should work.
