CyberSource: Payment Error when submitting

    Hi i have a PayPal payments cybercouse form and that won't accept the payments, it keeps saying an error, I have followed the instruction to the book, got the soap key and it won't work

    Also , please try to reintegrate the Payment Processor with correct keys and IDs as asked and do let us know.

    Hello Anto - The screenshot shows "UsernameToken authentication failed", please check the merchant ID and transaction key entered in your payment integration and see if it's for live mode.

    Hi it is for live mode and I confirmed with the bank as well. i still keep
    getting that error message, is there a way you can retrieve the transaction
    UUID so I can give it to the bank please 4

    These errors indicate that your SOAP Toolkit API key is either:
    > expired
    > not referenced correctly in your code.

    Thank you for patiently waiting.

    I did several test using a clone of your form and another test form but just kept getting payment errors.

    I'm gonna' have to escalate this to our back end team so that they can look into it further.

    An update regarding this issue. When i use the sandbox mode without the 3DS
    it seems to go through
    But when I use the live mode with the 3DS it always keeps getting that
    error message. Unfortunately, I don't have the admin access to
    CyberSource because it is provided by our bank and they keep asking for the
    UUID
    I have tried without the UUID as well and still the same error

    Please note that UUID will get generated only after the payment was successful. This issue is already escalated to our backend team, and they are looking into this. Though we cannot provide an ETA on this, but we will get back to you as a soon as we have any update from them.

    The error I get is invalid field reject.

    It seems like you are getting a different error from the one you reported before. Kindly share with us a screenshot of that error so we can add it to the ticket.

    Also, please try reintegrating CyberSource to see if that'll help this time. I have cleared your form's cache from our server.
