This is happening with multiple forms.
Here is one example:
the form link: http://form.jotformpro.com/form/31363186694966
the Excel report link: http://www.jotform.com/excel/31366969084062
The odd thing is that I am actually able to open it.
I am using Firefox on a Mac. He, and our other staff, are using IE 8 on a PC. But again, other users with that same browser can open it.I also happen to have a PC with IE 8 and can open it fine.
I attached a screenshot showing the error they get.

Hello, I just tried accessing your form inside chrome and I was able to download and view the report with no issues. I additionally tried this in IE10 followed by Developer Testing Modes in IE10 for IE9 and IE8 to further check it and I still had no problems opening and viewing it.
It seems to me that this is probably a Browser Issue on your end otherwise none of your computers would be able to open it most likely. So because of this I would first like to recommend that you try clearing the browser cache on a few of the computers that are unable to access and open it to see if this helps any. Please let us know if this problem continues so that we can help you more if you need us to.
