Is there any way to make text wrap on multiple lines so all of it can be seen?

2) We want to run a survey with an empty field where people can express their experience with our service. Answers can be long and they do not fit in a single line. Any way to make text wrap on multiple lines so all of it can be seen? + to also see a date tag for each reply. I know this is possible in excel reports, but what about the presentation?

You can use the grid element to show the date of each reply, unfortunately, it is not possible to have the text wrap over multiple lines.
