Form updates are not appearing in preview or live version

    Same thing happens when I change any of the text as well.

    You may try using Image then Themes to edit your form. You may also click custom to manually edit the colors in your form.

    Or if you would like to use colors, kindly click colors back again.

    I would also suggest you login back to your account before making any changes.

    Please give it a try and let us know if the issue still remains.

    The changes randomly appeared later, but now when I go to change it, the same issue happens. I even tried logging out and logging back in.

    This issue makes it really difficult to see how the form looks on our website.

    May we know the web browser you're using to edit your form?

    I have checked your form again and it seems the form builder is the same with the preview.

    Kindly try to clear your browsers cache and  check again .

    If the issue persists, may we know the color or what kind of theme would you like to use so that we can try to update it at our end.

    I would like to use the image in the templates, but every time I try to save the template it reverts back to a color, as seen here:

    I continue to have the same issue when I clear my cookies and when I try it with a different browser.
