Managing Users Subscriptions via JotForm

One more question, how does the cancelation part and the auto-renew membership?
In other words, I'd like to keep them enrolled indefinitely until they cancel. Do they cancel through an account profile of their own or do they have to contact us?

Yes, they would remain subscribed until either they or you cancelled. You would need to manage their subscriptions from your PayPal account, it's not currently possible to manage them from inside JotForm unfortunately. Or they could also cancel from their side in PayPal.
