Please advise with reactivating suspended account

I didn't know about your policy in collecting credit card information. Now I know I won't create a form for that information. please advise.

Yes, we do not allow forms to collect credit card information as it goes against our Terms & Conditions (https://www.jotform.com/terms/).

I have lifted the suspension, but I have deleted the Credit Card fields.
