Hi, JotForm Team,
I've used free version for creating a registration form for a non-for-profit event; everything worked beautiully (and still works); however I have noticed that Google Spreadsheet integration for some reason did not get last few registration records (normally it was there instantly to my perception). The form is http://www.jotform.com//?formID=31584481120347
Could it be that if I was browsing on that particular Google Spreadsheet it was once perhaps locked during submission attempt and then it got hanging somehow?
In any case, I am not a paying customer, but perhaps this feedback may be of good use to further improve JotForm and I have to say I'll be warmly recommending your solution to whoever may need online forms for its quality, simplicity and performance.
Thank you and kind regards,

Thanks for contacting us.
I cloned your form to make some tests and to see if I was able to reproduce the isse, however, it seems I'm having some issue to build the integration from my side. So, before forwarding this to second support level I would recommend you to remove the integration and then rebuild it, that could help. But if not, please let us know so that our development team can further investigate on this.
Also let me tell you that we really appreciate that you inform this issue so that we can look for a solution, also for recommending our solution to others, that will make to grow up the Jotform family, which makes us so happy.
