    Unable to download photos.

    Today when I logged on to my jot form, I received a message that I was almost out of space and needed to upgrade, so I did.  Now I cannot download any files associated with the submissions received.

    Hi,

    couldn't recreate this error, could you try clearing your browser's cache and coockies and try again?

    Cleared my history and erased all cookies, still no luck. Files will not open.

    Hi!

    could explain better when it says it can not open the files? Can you see the picture on your submission page? the problem is when you try to download the files? or files are downloaded but can not open them? this will help us to try to locate the problem.

    I can see the photos on the submissions page, but when I click them to open/download, another blank page opens - which usually happens, but nothing else. They will not open or download. Before, the black page would open and then the photo would open on my desktop with preview (I'm on a Mac). Or, sometimes the blank page would appear and the photo would not appear in preview, but it would download to my Downloads file. Neither of those is happening now since I upgraded. I need to be able to save the files to my computer for uploading to social media and to have a printed record of registrations.

    Which web browser do you use? do you have others web browser installed to test if it happen the same?

    I use Safari. Just tried it in Firefox, which handles files differently. That worked.

    alright! perhaps could you check this option at your safari browser

    Safari Preferences->General->Open "safe" files after downloading

    it might help
