Why is my account suspended?

    I did check your account and found that it is currently suspended as your forms are suspected to be used for phishing. 

    I am escalating this thread to our form review team. We will get back to you as soon as we have any update from them.

    I am sorry for the trouble caused to you. Please note that we have automated anti-phishing filter which scans all forms. It seems our anti-phishing filter suspended your account by mistake and that is the reason why you were not able to login to your JotForm account.

    We have gone ahead and activated your account again. Do try to sign in to your JotForm account and get back to us if you have any trouble.

    We have received a note from our form review team. Please note that last time your account was suspended as you replied to 10 submissions within 60 seconds.

    Please note that you should limit the number of submission reply in quick succession.
