When I embed my form, it comes up nice and neat Except it does not consitently allow me to move on to next page (it will show back and next button on the first page)
When I try using source code, it moves quicker but fields overlap some I just can't make sense as to why since neither has been an issue before.
any direction? The url below is with the embed option, depending on response I can go back and put source to look at to. thanks.

I suggest using the default script embed code if there are no issue about using it in your website.
Most of the time, using the form's source code embed is due to the requirement of customizing the form outside the form builder or injecting additional function codes.
I checked your script embed form here http://www.happyfeetla.com/content.cfm?section=1E2814F2-D7CF-4261-B043-CAF596F24840&content_id=1E2814F2-D7CF-4261-B043-CAF596F24840&program_id=49442A2 and was able to use the form just fine. I was able to use the Next/Back button with no issue, and can submit the form.
Please inform us if you are having issue on this form and we will check further.

yea it seems spotty, sometimes it shows back and next button (not allowing me to next and obviously nothing to go back to) and other times or when refresh it works fine... any thoughts as to why?

I was able to see the inconsistency you mentioned.
There is a Back button when it was only on the first page.
Please try re-embedding the form using its iframe code instead. (use this guide: Getting-the-Form-iFrame-Code) . Perhaps the issue is caused by script conflict between those in the form and your website page. Using iframe code should prevent any script conflict.
Please try this and inform us if the issue still remains even after doing this already.
