I.have had no e mail for4days why is this is there something wrong with my mobile

Apologies for any inconvenience. To my understanding, you have not received any email notification from form submissions for 4 days now, is that correct?
Can you please confirm the form you are experiencing this issue?

If you have set up SMTP in your account and used it as the Sender Email of the email notification in your form, I would suggest that you also check your SMTP details to make sure that the information is still correct.
