Hi, I'm trying to hunt the problem here. I tried creating a form with hidden field and then set a value, submit the form and I successfully received the hidden value from my email.
To further investigate the problem, could you give me an example of the post data you are referring to(from the screenshot)? I believe it has something to do with that. How exactly the hidden field is getting a value? Have you set conditions to do so?
Waiting for your reply.

I figured out the issue.
You guys added new code that makes the forms incompatible with IE7.
The webrowser control used in visual studio for C# and VB.net automatically renders in IE7.
So, I can fix it by rebuilding ALL of my applications and pushing a registry hack to make the IE emulater render in IE 8 or 9. This is a pretty big update on my end just to patch this one thing though...
If you can patch this issue on your end it will solve a lot of future headaches for everyone.

Can you please confirm if the issue only happens in your own application that uses IE7 ?
Just to inform you, the support for the older browsers such us IE7 is very lean. Our dev team will least prioritize an issue if the source originates from older browsers which can be resolve by using an updated browser on the user ends.
Similar to our developer Kenneth, I was not also able to reproduce this issue using my hidden field on test form.
Please check this guide How-to-Catch-User-s-Browser-Info . On this guide, there is a test form you can try. This one
Hope this help. Please update us.
