I'm currently at 9 submissions for the month and my limit is 10. It is possible I will get one more. Once I reach ten, I understand my form will be disabled, which I am fine with because I don't want more than 10. My questions are: Once it is disabled, will I still be able to see the 10 submissions and their corresponding information? and Will the account reset in a month (is this calendar month or from when I received the last submission?) and I will have access to the form again or will I be forced to upgrade and not have access to my forms again until I do since I reached my limit once?

Yes, you still have access to the form and the data submitted to it. You form is simply just disabled, and no one would be able to submit - just that and no other. Submissions Counter will reset every first day of each month - 8:00 AM EST Time.
We advised to upgrade an account if you need more than this limits. You are always free to decide weather to stay at Free plan, upgrade or wait until the first of the next month.
