Merchant login ID or password is invalid or account is inactive

I am attempting to connect my JotForm payment to Authorize.net who I have an account with.  I have entered the Authorize.net API Login ID and Transaction Key.

I have not chosen an Emulator.  Would that need to be selected in order for my payment to process?  I am continuously receiving an error message saying "merchant login ID or password is invalid or account is inactive".

I have confirmed that my Authorize.net credentials are accurate and active.

    Thank you for your assistance.

The emulator is optional. Your Authorize.net payment field will work without it. But if you want to know more about this, here's a guide from Auth.net https://docs.payaconnect.com/developers/api/authorizenet-emulator

Regarding the error you received, it only means that the Authorize.net credentials you entered in the payment settings are either incorrect or are not yet available for use. Please check this guide from Authorize.net to learn how to resolve this problem https://support.authorize.net/s/article/Error-13-The-merchant-login-ID-or-password-is-invalid-or-the-account-is-inactive.

You may also want to contact Authorize.net directly to confirm that your account is ready for live transactions and that your API Login and Transaction key are correct.
