Google Captcha Inconsistency in different devices

When I use the captcha, either Google reCaptcha or the JotForm Captcha, it is not consistent.  When I test it on my phone, I just have the check box for "I am not a robot", however, when others use it, it gives images.  The images ask for the user to click all with... and there are complaints that the images are too small to use on the mobile phone.  It's too difficult to make out what is in the images on the small screen.  Is there any way to just keep it as a check box for all users?

    Hi there,

    Thank you for reaching out.

I have tested this and the captcha actually appears to be fine and even easy to copy.

Unfortunately, since this is a card layout, we cannot further customize the size of this using CSS.

Well, I had changed it to a drawing Captcha as a work around.  I was just wondering if there was a way to make the original kind be consistent in the Captchas it was offering.  Like using the check box in lieu of the photos.  Depending on the user's phone, the photos are difficult to see clearly on a small mobile screen.

Google Captcha will check the user's browser cookies/visited sites before and will apply the type of captcha which is suitable to ensure that your form is secured. That is the reason the captcha displays checkbox or Images to review to different users.

You may use a different Captcha widget based on your requirement:

    Math Captcha

    Drawing Captcha

    Thanks.
