    Captcha not showing for some people in Muse

    Hi, I just started using Adobe Muse and have just built a website for a client and added a Contact Form built in JotForm. My client states that the Captcha on the contact form will never load for her on either of her home computers, only on her phone. She also says she has had a few customers contact her saying they also cannot get the Captcha to load. I do not have a problem, it loads everytime for me on different computers...

    So, my question is, why is it not loading for her?

    FYI: I embedded the form using IFrame (also tried sourse embed and popup). I have attached what my client is seeing.

    Hi,

    iFrame should suppose to fix it if the form conflicts on your page.

    The form and captha loads fine on my end, no matter what browser I used.

    Can you ask your clients to clear their browsers cache and cookies? Or try it again this time?

    Thanks for your reply, i have send an email to my client (i had already asked them to clear their cache etc, have asked them to do it again). I will post again when I hear back from her.

    Hi Thanks for the answer... I had already asked my client to clear her cache etc, I suspect she didn't!! She claims the captcha is now loading correctly for her. So, once again, thank you.
