Okay, never mind. I see the attached image above (I forgot images are allowed as attachments) but what exactly is the problem? The image shows no submissions in any of your forms.
Are you perhaps referring to the five (5) submissions recorded out of your allotment of 100 for the month? If so, there is no way for you to reset that. Deleting submissions will not affect that.
P.S. The fact that there are two threads on the same topic caused the confusion.

another question i will ask:
what happend if the submissions reach to 101 submissions (max 100 submissions)? what should i do? i'm still wanna use it as a free, do not want to upgrade....can you advise me.

Your forms will be disabled when you go over 100 submissions/month.
It will only be reactivated until you either upgrade your account or
wait for the next month when your counter resets to zero.
Deleting existing submissions will not increase the limits.
