Fisrt i'd like to say that your site abd service is GREAT!...just what i was looking for!

i do have one question for you...

On another site that offers a similar service i created a form, but they counted every field within that form as a form...and i assume that every field that is filled and sent is considered a sumbmission

in other words a form with 4 fields sent 4 times = 16 submissions

I'd like to know how JotForm calculates submissions.

is a form once sent counted as 1 submission (regardless of the number of fields)?

or does your service also count the number od fields to determine the number of submissions?

(geez i hope that made sense)

    Hi MGR

Your post made perfect sense and I can definitely tell you that regardless of the number of fields in a form, when the user clicks "Submit" JotForm counts that as ONE submission. To be quite blunt, that other service sounds like a rip-off! But then again, as long as they make it known at the outset what the deal is, it's up to the potential client to accept or reject their terms.

Thanks for asking and please feel free to enquire about other features of our forms.
