what's up with the website these days?

    maybe it's a chrome issue? i'm logged in but nothing is coming up in "my forms", but when i first get here, i can edit the form... just can't get back to it or access submissions or anything else.

    (update - not just chrome - same issue in firefox)

    the other day when i logged in, it was the opposite! 

    and the icons were all discombobulated.


    should i be concerned that my forms aren't working? or that my data is vulnerable?

    i manage a number of different jotform accounts for clients - and i moved them to jotform because it seemed so much more secure and flexible and robust than the other solutions i had been using...

    Sorry for any inconvinience this may have caused you.

    But currently, we do not have similar reported issue from other users.
    As a user, I also was not able to experienced this.
    I also uses Chrome browser as the defautl browser, I use FF and IE9 alternately.

     I just checked your account and your lone form http://www.jotform.ca/form/31606867364259 and everything is in order and acitvated.

    Please inform us if you are still having this issue at this time? We will check further.

    hm. well, oddly enough - after about 9 days of mis-rendering jotform.com - about 40 minutes after i posted the above all became well with the world again... and now, today... same problem.

    html where the forms list should be looks like:

    <ul id="formList" class="no-transition form-list"></ul>
      <div id="forms">

    so, must be something at my end. thanks for the reply.

    As my colleague said we have not received any report about this issue, only yours. And I haven't experienced something like that either. So, as you said that must be something at your end. Clearing your browser's caches and cookies could help.
