    We have set up a survey that after submitting, displays a report page with the survey results.

    How can I insert a "Return To Home Page" buttom or perhaps a pause timeout period before it takes a person back to the home page of my web site?

    Hello,

    For this, you might want to consider after form submission, to redirect to a custom URL.

    To be able to acheive that you just need a thank you page for your form.

    1. Go to your form.

    2. Click Setup & Embed

    3. Thank you

    A new pop-up will show up.

    Then choose Custom URL.

    And then Click Next.

    But this will definitely re-direct you automatically to your form.

    If you want to have a link to click on your thank you page here's an option for you to do.

    This can also be achieve through thank you page.

    But instead of choosing Custom URL, choose Thank you message option instead.

    and click next.

    From there you will be directed to the HTML where you can put the link to your home page.

    I have made a sample for you to see.

    Kindly let us know if you need further clarification regarding this so that we could assist you further.

    Thank you for using JotForm.

    This seems to be an Either / Or solution.

    If I use a Thank You page I can imbed a link to the home page. But if I use a report custom URL display after the survey the reader is stuck on that page. Is there a way to use the Report Display Page -AND- use the Thank You page or at least return to the home page after displaying the Report page?

    Hi,

    In answer to your question...

    Is there a way to use the Report Display Page -AND- use the Thank You page or at least return to the home page after displaying the Report page?

    The best option is to use the Custom URL

    Using the Custom URL, you will be able to create your own web page or Report page.

    Since it is a custom page, you will be able to add an html meta code like this...

    <meta http-equiv="refresh" content="30;URL='http://www.yourhomepage.com/'" />

    where 30 is 30secs. You can find read for more details here

    Hope this help. Please inform us if you need further assistance.

    Thanks.

    We have limited HTML programming knowledge.

    Where do we place the Meta Code in the Custom Page HTML?

    At the top above the Report Code? Inside the Report Code, if so where? at the bottom after the Report Code?

    @nuzzapp

    You need to place the meta code in the <head> section of the HTML code. Something like this:

    <!DOCTYPE html>

    <html>

    <head>

    <meta http-equiv="refresh" content="30;URL='http://www.yourhomepage.com/'" />

    </head>

    Which is before of your report code.

    Please let us know if you need further assistance.

    Thanks
