When i submit a form i do not recieve an email to my email@example.com Please help me get this giqured out. (916) 284-6714

I checked our mail server logs for information about emails going to firstname.lastname@example.org and I got the following:
This means that the messages were successfully sent to your email. It is most likely that the missing emails are filtered by hotmail and tagged as Spam. Please check your Spam/Bulk/Junk mail folder and see if the emails are there.
Let us know if you cannot find them. We'll dig deeper to find the cause of this problem.
