How to send an e-mail to more than one address in one message after clicking "Submit",

    Please tell me the settings for sending e-mail to more than one address in 1 message after you click "Send"?

     

    I believe the pattern such as the following.

     

    From : E-mail address I have specified(Always the same) 

    To : Items in the form(1)

         Items in the form(2)

         The same address as the "From"

     

     

    I made ​​sure the settings for "Autoresponder Email" and "Notification Email" from the "Email Alerts".

    However, mail is sent separately to the email address I have specified.

     

    I want to learn how to send together in 1 message.

    Hi,

    You can use comma(,)  sign as separator to each E-mail addresses in your form email notification Recipient E-mail box.

    In Recipient E-mail of Notification Email, I understand that I send an email to more than one address Once separated by commas.
    In addition, in the setting of Autoresponder Email, I can select an item in the form to Recipient E-mail.
    So, I also understand that you send an email to multiple addresses if you separate them with a comma email address reporter to enter the field of the form.

    But this time, I want to do it is the following settings.
    After sending in the form, by e-mail to be notified I would like to set both the e-mail address that is entered in the form and my email address in the recipient.
    And, in 1 message, I want to notify everyone what has been entered in the form.

    Hello,

    In order to send the user who fill your form a copy of the Notification email.

    Kindly follow the steps below.

    You need to get the tag of your Form Email Field.

    For you to be able to get the Tag of your email Field.

    1. Click the email field of your form.

    2. Go Click Properties

    3. Click Show Properties.

     

    Then at the Bottom of the properties window, you will see the tag/Name:

    Copy that and you need to paste it under the email notification settings as one of your recepients.

    To go to the email notification, you need to go to Setup & Embed >>> 

    Email Alerts>>>

    Notification>>>

    Reply-to and Recepient Settings>>

    And add the tag of the email field. In this example, the field tag of my email is {email} (kindly check the image below).

     

     

    In this way, the user who submitted the form will also get a notification and the submission data of that form.

    I was able to resolve based on the information you gave me.

     

    If I set the tag to "Recepient E-mail" of "Nortification", e-mail was sent to all members after sending.

    Reply is not only to the address that was set to "Reply-to Email",because the addresses of everyone is not in the "To".

     

    So, I have set all the destination that I want to send an email to "Reply-to Email" of "AutoResponder".

    I set one by one destination that I want to send an email to "Recepient E-mail", and I created multiple "AutoResponder".

    My problem was solved with this.
