Restriction on submission based on some field

Asked by jaures on August 15, 2013 at 12:36 PM

    Thanks for your assistance,

is it possible to avoid that a user submit the same information in the form twice?

for example, the first ttime he fills the fields and submit the request; after that, he lauch again the same form and send the same information.

can we block the submission if it is the same information he is sending another time?

    Best regards

    Thank you for contacting us.

Yes, this is possible to restrict submissions based on previously submitted data. You will need to go to Setup & Embed tab -> Preferences -> Form Limits -> Unique Question, in my example it is set to the form E-mail field.

Please feel free to contact us if you need any further assistance.

Unfortunately no, we do not yet have any feature to allow that. I think you are looking for something along the lines of allowing a submission one day and then after a certain amount of time passes that person can send another submission a day later per say. The only way that would be possible as of right now would be via getting your hands dirty and using some custom coding to delay it along with the use of the form's source code
