    How to include a link on my form to send them to the IRS website to print a W9

    and then they will complete, sign and upload.  How can I create this link and what is the best method?

    You can insert the link using our Free Text HTML field just like on this example

     

    The basic HTML code used on that example is is

    <INPUT TYPE="checkbox" NAME="Terms" VALUE="Conditions"> "I have read and agree to the following" <a target="_blank" href="http://ideamensch.com/terms-and-conditions" rel="nofollow" >Terms and conditions</a>

     

     

    Another way to do this is by customizing a Thank You URL, so once your user submits the form, it will be redirected to the IRS website

    1. Click on Setup & Embed

    2. Click on "Thank You" Button at the toolbar

    3. Select "Custom URL" and click "Next"



    4. Enter URL of the success page on your site.
