the user is taken to a subscription payment with a 2 month trial period. the trnasaction is completed but I never recieve a notification of the data inputed in the form.Page URL:

Good day! I've check your form, and it has a few numbers of Pending Payments. Can you please check if the successful payment has landed their? Here's a guide on how: How to View Incomplete Payments. Just in case the payment is there, please complete it by clicking "Complete Submission" button and let us know so we can investigate further.
Succesful payment should be visible from your Form Submissions List.

Oops! I'm sorry. Let me just clarify, what are you trying to say is that, you can see the submission in your form submissions page, but you haven't receive Email Notification about it although you have setup Email Alerts? I guess yes, I've check your form and found out that the Sender Name is empty. Take note that without completing the needed information from the email settings would caused an issue like this.
I have it corrected from our end. Please kindly let us now if you will not received any alerts for the new payments.
