Jotform has an autocomplete funciton but currently it just gives suggestion from a predefined list that you create. Its located under the power tools

Its only for one field though. There isn't a field currently that would accomplish this. Jotform currently works in one direction, your form gathers the information and then sends it to where you need it to go. When you get each field to search a database and then populate each field then the complexity goes beyond what jotform is trying to do, is keep it simple and quick.

Hi, as mentioned by  zenmatrix83 , you can use the Autocomplete field if the phone numbers are pre-defined. Meaning, the phone numbers are from an existing selections that you will supply to this field. So, as the user type on the phone textbox, each char/number typed will put out a drop down selection according to the pattern of the number...

BUT if I understand correctly on what you require, I think the Phone field itself from Quick tools is useful if what you are after is smart Phone Number field

The phone field have a Mask Value property that you can use to guide the user of the correct pattern when typing or answering the value.

Together with phone field, you can show the other required fields (name, and other info) using the condition logic (see this guide: Smart-Forms-Using-Conditional-Logic)

Hope this help. Please contact us if you need further assistance.
