    My THANK YOU link works incorrectly

    For my Illumination Entry Form, I put in a link on the Thank you page, after the form is submitted, but the link goes to a different address (it is going to last year's link- Interpretations Entry Form). 

    This is the link I the THANK YOU page should go to: https://secure.jotformpro.com/form/23243556097962.  

    Here's the address it actually goes to:

    https://secure.jotform.us/form/22164483909156.

    Hi Sue,

    It is because the link URL you supply to the Thank you page text is set to https://secure.jotform.us/form/22164483909156

    Correct the URL link by editing and supply the correct form link http://www.jotform.us/form/22164483909156 . That should fix it.

    Sorry, a correction. The correct URL link should be

    https://secure.jotform.us/form/22164483909156

    since you want to use the secure form.

    Thanks; your screenshot helped enormously.  I had used a former Thank You page, and pasted the new link over it, so it looked OK as a link, e.g. was using the ....156 link.  Why wouldn't that work?

    How was I to know that I needed to use the tiny menu link icon to make it work correctly?

    Hi SueJ, That wasn't working because they need to match and because of that the form was not being recognized due to the difference of the url reference that was actually being used for the form itself when you set it to secured. Additionally, some of these things are straight forward and other things are not. We do have alot of guides covering most important things. However, that's why we are here to help out when needed for things that may seem or even get confusing in case someone is having trouble understanding what is necessary to make certain things on your forms work. Also, let it be known that we're always adding new guides when we can. So if something isn't fully covered right now its probably because we don't have a guide but the chances are that some new ones will eventually be added for learning reference in the future as well. :)
