I tried using 24hrs and that didn't work so I have switched back to 12hr and the date/time format just shows as 19-08-2013 8:00 which is of no help as it is not clear if it is am or pm.Page URL:

Looking at the form on the website (http://elitetowncars.com.au/quote ) I am still seeing the form with the 24 hour format. I also checked your account and I am also seeing this form http://www.jotform.com/form/11455709327, that has the 12 hour format. Your website is currently using this form http://www.jotform.com/form/11503939367.
Please change the date time format on the form that is currently being used on your website. This should fix the issue you are having. However if that is not the solution that you are looking for please let us know by providing more details on exactly where the date/time is not showing up clearly.
