Why do I no longer have access to old submissions?

    Why do I no longer have access to old submissions? The oldest are from July 2020 ...

    is it possible to retrieve the conditions from one form to put them on another?

    I see that your account was downgraded to free a few days ago. This has caused the account to apply with the free plan limits which can store the latest 500 submissions only. Since you have upgraded the account again, we are able to restore the deleted submissions to your account. Please check again and let us know if you need any further help.

    The other question related to conditions is moved to a separate thread and shall be addressed there shortly.
