Hi, I created a form at http://atlantalocations.com/location-library-terms-of-use/. The purpose of the form is to essentially get sign off on the terms that are on the page. I did the terms as an HTML field because it was the only way I could see to format the text in a clear, readable format. I've tested the form and the terms that are in the HTML field don't come through. I need them to come through for my records. How can I accomplish this?

We do not have a special variable for html fields, but you can manually edit the body of your email template in order to include your custom text information.
